Mum’s The Word

“Mothers hold their child’s hand for a moment and their hearts for a lifetime.” 

The 12th of May is the day we celebrate the women who raised us. They dedicate their lives to us, they’re selfless yet strong, they’re affectionate and protective. It goes without saying that being a mother is one of the toughest, most rewarding jobs out there. But one day isn’t enough to show our gratitude for all their hard work and sacrifices to make us happy, safe, and well. They do so much for us, and sometimes, we don’t even realise that. So the least we can do is honor them whenever we get the chance.


Mother is always the special and most important person in every kid’s life. She carries for nine months and creates a strong bonding with children till her last breath. Moms also sacrifice their dreams to give the best in everything for their little ones.


The love of a mother is pure and unadulterated. She does not have any selfish motives and offers the most unconditional love on earth. All mothers are no less than a miracle.

Those who grow up with loving mothers are a lucky lot as not everyone gets the same chance. They play the role of so many people that we often forget the struggle they are going through. It does not matter if she’s at work or at home, she always makes everything look effortless. It is a mother who cannot sleep when her child is ill or hurt.


Thus, it is important to recognize and appreciate her for all that she does for us. We often take our mothers for granted and forget her sacrifices. Nonetheless, that does not deter her from loving us. She supports her children fiercely at every stage of life, no matter how old they get.

Thus, it is important to not let this love and sacrifice go unnoticed and not just on one particular day, but every day of the year.

      During this pandemic, students faced a sudden change from on-campus learning to online learning. The pandemic itself has caused much worry, stress and grief.     The self-isolation and distance learning in educational institutions because of the pandemic stimulate the use of e-learning technologies in practice. The transformation system was the result of an extraordinary adaption of the system to the conditions of the pandemic. I have a lot of beneficial affects to both teachers and students as well as the families not only for Covid-19 but also to protect students from outside the house.
