New Education Quality in the midst of Pandemic

Image
During this pandemic, students faced a sudden change from on-campus learning to online learning. The pandemic itself has caused much worry, stress and grief.     The self-isolation and distance learning in educational institutions because of the pandemic stimulate the use of e-learning technologies in practice. I have a lot of beneficial affects to both teachers and students as well as the families not only for Covid-19 but also to protect students from outside the house. The disadvantages are that with no faculty around for face-to-face interaction and no classmates who help with constant reminders about pending assignments the chances of getting distracted and losing track of deadlines are high. Not all students have gadgets and internet connection due to lack of money. This is why they are struggling to their lessons.     Face...

As we all know that this pandemic affects our daily lives. The economy goes down because many businesses was closed due to this pandemic. Almost two years that we are fighting this virus and the government don't stop to help the people for their own safety. Going through this crisis is indeed not easy and has never been easy with anyone else too. We are fighting our battles right now. It's hard to see our friends and family and the outside world may have been struggle. Still, I know that we could get through this together.     The frontliners are the one at risk. Eventhough they are afraid to face this virus but the welfare of fellow Filipinos are their priority. We could help our nation stand up and fight for our health workers at the frontlines in this battle. And, they are the one who became our new world heroes. A Letter to Mr. President Duterte

Image
Dear President Duterte,      How are you, Sir? I hope all is well.       I'm a Grade 10 Student from Ilocos Sur National High School. Way back 2016, I heard so many things about you from my friends online and even to my mother; your plans for the country were promising. We were expectant that the Philippines would be a better place to live in with you as its leader. Your mainly focused implemented program was to stop the war and violence about drug and build-build-build program.       Yes, it is obviously seen your projects like the extended and diversion roads from the build-build-build program. But when the COVID 19 pandemic comes, may I ask you, where are you when people seeking for help? Many Filipinos not being able to receive support from the government, the frontliners not having enough personal protective equipment and especially not enough salaries or don't have enough hazardous pay.       Actuall...

The Journey of my Existence

"My mother told me to be a lady. And for her, that meant to be your own person, be independent." - Ruth Bader Gisburg      Most of the people at my young age were enjoying what life is, going out and partying with their friends, traveling around different places with their families, already decided what their future will be and already found the meaning of happiness. On the other dimension, I found myself again thinking deeply, reminiscing about how miserable my life is, is this how my life will be eternally? Am I being myself?     Divina Angela Pagador Raquepo is my full name, but you could call me "Divs" or "Angel" in short. I am a fifteen year-old student, I am already in 10th grade at Ilocos Sur National High School ( ISNHS ). Right now, I am living at Poblacion East, San Ildefonso, Ilocos Sur. I was born in Gabriela Silang General Hospital, Tamag, Vigan City on April 23rd of the year 2006. My father is an Overseas Filipino Worker at Dubai, while my ...
